Arknights launched in mainland China on May 1, 2019, developed and published by Hypergryph, and went global on January 16, 2020 with Yostar publishing the English, Japanese, and Korean servers. It remains mobile-only. [1]

As of July 2026 Arknights is in active service on iOS and Android in all regions, with no announced end of service and a 2026 banner calendar running normally. Arknights: Endfield is a parallel title on PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile, not a replacement; the original game's systems are documented on the Headhunting page.
